WINDHAM — New Hampshire House Speaker William O'Brien received a warm welcome last night at a Town Hall forum hosted by a newly founded conservative group, the Southern New Hampshire 9.12 Project, which aims to leave its mark on Granite State politics.
O'Brien admitted this cost-cutting session was difficult and predicted challenging legislative sessions in the future as the federal government trims aid to states to save money.
There is such enthusiastic anticipation about the July 12th meeting with Speaker Bill O'Brien, the meeting has been relocated across the street to the Windham Town Hall (2nd floor) to accommodate the expected crowd.
